  • I forgot to add an item to my order. Can I make a change before it ships?
    Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then we will get your order to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items.
  • Can I return or exchange my order?
    We will not entertain any cancellation, refund and exchange of products if you changed your mind once payment is accepted. Strictly no refund and exchange for sale items. All our products are handled with the utmost care and we take meticulous effort in the packaging to ensure its safe delivery. We will not be held liable for damage done to items or lost items by the postal service. We will only accept return/exchange requests if you have received a wrong order due to our mistakes. If you believe you have received a wrong order, please contact us at info@miss-jj.com and we will make it right for you. You can submit your request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. You will have to bear the delivery cost first and we will refund the delivery cost to you upon receipt of the goods. The correct item will be delivered to you free of delivery charges.
  • I want to add an item to my order. Can I make a change before it ships?

  • Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?
    Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please contact us at info@miss-jj.com immediately within 24hours to revise your order. Otherwise, we will process and ship to you for the products based on the order details that you submited.
  • Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?
    You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting us via our email address at info@miss-jj.com. Typically, you can only do this within 24hours an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening.
  • Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?
    Shipping estimates are provided by Singpost or Qxpress. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!
  • Do you ship internationally?
