Return & Exchange Policy
We will not entertain any cancellation, refund and exchange of products if you changed your mind once payment is accepted. Strictly no refund and exchange for sale items.
All our goods are handled with the utmost care and we take meticulous effort in the packaging to ensure its safe delivery. We will not be held liable for damage done to items or lost items by the postal service.
We will only accept return/exchange requests if you have received a wrong order due to our mistakes.
If you believe you have received a wrong order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will make it right for you.
You can submit your request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. You will have to bear the delivery cost first and we will refund the delivery cost to you upon receipt of the goods. The correct item will be delivered to you free of delivery charges.
